Introduction to Permissions
Workiom's Permissions system has been designed and developed to help you to manage your data and team collaboration.
Apps Permissions:
- Public App
a public app is available to all the users of the tenant where they can read, modify and delete the data and metadata inside of it.
- Private App
a private app can only be seen and accessible by members that are given access to it via invitation or team permissions.
Users Types :
- Tenant Owner
The Tenant has only one Owner that has access to everything and no one can delete this user or edit it Including the tenant Settings and subscriptions
- Tenant Super Admin
The Tenant can contain many super admin users and this type has access to everything in the Tenant including the Tenant Settings
- Tenant Member
The Member type is a normal user that has no access to the tenant settings and only has access to the public apps and the granted private apps
Create Team
- Open Workspace Settings / Teams & Permissions
- Click the New Team button
- Give a Name
- Grant a apps you need to give access for this team from Permissions tap
- Select users to the team from Members tap
- Click Save

Permissions Types

Permission Type Custom
- Lists
Access Levels:
- No Access: This means the User of this team can't access this list
- Full Access: This Means that the user of this team Will have full access to the list, all records, All Reports, All Forms
- Custom Access: You need to grant permission here:
- Fields: Give Edit access to the field or Read-only or No Access
- Data Limit: You can add a filter here so the User will only have access to the records of the REsult of this filter
- Data Actions: You can give Custom Access to Create/ Delete/ Export/ Import Records
- Reports
Access levels:
- No Access: This means the User of this team can't access any report
- Full Access: This Means that the user of this team Will have full access to the whole reports
- Custom Access: You need to grant permission for each Report
- Private Forms
Access levels:
- No Access: This means the User of this team can't access any private form
- Full Access: This Means that the user of this team Will have full access to the whole private forms
- Custom Access: You need to grant permission for each private form

Assign Users to an existing team
- Open Workspace Settings / Manage Members
- From the User Name click on the menu and choose Assign Team
- Select the team you need to give access to the user
- Click save
