App Roles

When you set an app to private you can invite users or teams in your workspace under different roles depending on how much access each user/team needs to fulfill their work, to invite a user to an app:

  1. Make sure the app is private
  2. Click on the app’s context menu
  3. Click “+ Invite”
  4. Click “+ Add more”
  5. Choose the User or the Team
  6. Select the suitable role.
  7. Click Save.

The table below will help you better decide which role to choose for each user/team
