Dashboards Sharing
Dashboards are where your data speaks numbers, helping you get a view of your business status at a glance, and influencing important business decisions. Which is why it’s crucial that you can easily share your dashboard with collaborators and viewers.

Dashboard creator can share it with other users and assign roles to them as follows:
- Go to the dashboard you’d like to share
- Click “Share” button
- Click “+ Add more”
- Choose the User or the Team
- Select the suitable role.
- Click Save.
The table below will help you better decide which role to choose for each user/team
